We’re Dylan and Emily, the duo behind NHS Process Partners. As a husband-and-wife team and parents of two, we know firsthand how important it is to build systems that work. With deep experience in operations, leadership, and Lean methodology, we’ve seen the difference that intentional process design can make, in both business and everyday life.

We founded New Horizon Solutions to represent more than just a name, but a mindset. To us, “New Horizons” means every client has the opportunity to grow, evolve, and improve.     Emily brings over a decade of experience in operations leadership, team development, and Lean process improvement. Her background includes managing complex workflows, leading cross-functional teams, and driving meaningful change in both corporate and production environments.

    Known for her strategic thinking and ability to connect with people at every level of an organization, Emily has a gift for translating high-level improvement goals into practical, actionable solutions. She is passionate about helping businesses create stronger systems, reduce friction, and elevate team performance while keeping client satisfaction at the center.

    As a co-founder of NHS Process Partners, Emily leads client engagement, training, and implementation strategies. She’s also the heart of the business’s people-first philosophy.

    Outside of work, Emily is a mom of two, a lifelong learner, and an advocate for creating balance between operational excellence and real life.

    Dylan is a hands-on problem solver with a sharp eye for inefficiencies and a deep understanding of how systems drive success. With extensive experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, and Lean implementation, he brings a grounded, detail-oriented approach to process design and improvement.

    His strength lies in identifying root causes and building streamlined solutions that last. Dylan has led numerous process improvement projects that have resulted in measurable gains in productivity, cost savings, and team performance.

    At NHS Process Partners, Dylan focuses on technical assessments, systems mapping, and operational redesign. He’s known for his calm, analytical mindset and his ability to turn complexity into clarity.

    When he's not analyzing workflows, Dylan enjoys working on hands-on projects, taking his family on adventures, and chasing continuous improvement, in business and beyond.
